Job Description


  • Manage a portfolio of key agency partnerships
  • Play a critical role in developing and executing strategies across the leisure, corporate, and SME sectors  
  • Permanent role based in Brisbane or Melbourne


You’ll have: 



  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a sales/business development role 
  • Knowledge of Leisure, Corporate, and OTA channel accounts, business models, and competitors. 
  • Strategic selling, account management, contract negotiation, and business planning in a competitive sales environment. 
  • Strong commercial orientation with high business acumen and results-driven mindset. 
  • Proven ability to navigate complex business environments and manage diverse stakeholder expectations. 
  • Expertise in negotiation, communication, leadership, and organisational skills at senior levels. 
  • Experience in strategy development, change leadership, and driving business outcomes. 
  • Extensive knowledge of the airline/travel industry, Qantas products, processes, and pricing strategies. 
  • High IT literacy with proficiency in CRM systems, reporting, and indirect booking channels (including NDC).
